Guidance for art workers

Continuous Project is dedicated to empowering you in your life’s work and helping you envision and enact your work within your overlapping and intersecting communities. We believe that our creative communities instigate positive change in society by modeling radical self-determination. The work we do at Continuous Project is an effort to influence progressive structural and systemic evolutions that will acknowledge, validate, and support these visionary and diverse ways of being.

CP clients are individuals and communities who are seeking new approaches to their work and workplaces; inventing alternative models for structuring their practices in relation to the greater economies in which they participate; and defining what it means to be successful on their own terms and in alignment with their own values. CP clients are emerging artists establishing their studios; working artists in transitional periods at all stages of their careers; and art workers from all sectors and levels of the art world who are searching for clarity in their work and seeking help navigating the structures that contain it.

We offer guidance to all art workers and support Black, Indigenous, and People of Color; queer; trans; differently abled; and neurodiverse art workers based in Los Angeles County and beyond.
